CoreBit Flow is a brand operated by CoreBit Flow Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Our registered office is at Tech Park Building, Sector 15, Noida, UP 201301. We provide comprehensive digital solutions and IT consulting services including web development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, mobile app development, and digital transformation across India and internationally.

Our Role

CoreBit Flow Private Limited acts as a professional technology consultant and service provider. We:

  • Receive and evaluate your technology project inquiries
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand your business requirements
  • Provide detailed project proposals and pricing
  • Assign experienced team members to your projects
  • Coordinate and oversee project execution and delivery

All team members engaged on your projects are part of our managed team. We are responsible for their coordination, training, and quality standards.

Project Engagement

Project engagements are formalized through the following process:

  • We discuss your requirements and business goals in a consultation call
  • We provide a detailed proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing
  • You review the proposal and sign the project agreement
  • Upon agreement signing, the project officially commenced with assigned team members

Submitting an inquiry form on our website is a request for consultation, not a confirmed engagement.

Pricing & Proposals

All quoted prices are based on the scope discussed in the proposal. The final price includes:

  • Development and implementation costs
  • Quality assurance and testing
  • Initial deployment and launch support
  • Maintenance and support for the first period (as specified)

Any changes to project scope after proposal approval will be quoted separately. There are no hidden charges.

Service Delivery & Milestones

Project delivery proceeds according to agreed milestones and timelines:

  • We provide regular status updates and weekly communication
  • Deliverables will be shared as per the agreed milestone schedule
  • We reserve the right to adjust timelines if scope changes or client-provided information is incomplete
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control will be communicated immediately

Payment Terms

Project payments are structured as follows:

  • 50% advance payment upon project agreement signing
  • Progress payments based on milestone completion (for projects over 1 month)
  • Final payment upon project completion and client sign-off

Payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, or online payment gateway as agreed.

Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements and business context
  • Designate a point of contact for communication and approvals
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals on deliverables
  • Provide any required access to systems, infrastructure, or data

Limitation of Liability

While we provide professional services with high quality standards, CoreBit Flow Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided requirements
  • Performance issues caused by third-party services or client infrastructure
  • Delays caused by client non-responsiveness or missing information
  • Changes requested after project completion

Intellectual Property

All content on THE CoreBit Flow website — including text, design, logos, and images — is the property of CoreBit Flow Private Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding our services or these terms, we encourage you to first contact us directly at Getinfo@corebitflow.online to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts in New Delhi, India.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
